WorkRoot IT Solutions LLP provides a range of IT services, including but not limited to:

• Custom web and mobile application development
• Cloud computing and infrastructure services
• AI and machine learning solutions
• IT consulting and digital transformation
• DevOps and continuous integration/deployment
• Maintenance and support services

Specific services are subject to separate agreements, statements of work, or service level agreements.

If you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of WorkRoot IT Solutions LLP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing our services.

Deliverables

Ownership of custom deliverables (code, designs, documentation) is governed by the specific project agreement between you and WorkRoot IT Solutions LLP.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use our services to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

For paid services:

• Fees are specified in your service agreement or statement of work
• Payment is due according to the agreed schedule
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Prices may be subject to change with reasonable notice

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully received from third parties.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorkRoot IT Solutions LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or materials provided to us

Either party may terminate these Terms:

• For convenience with thirty (30) days written notice
• Immediately upon material breach by the other party
• Immediately if required by law

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases. Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
• Arbitration: Binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WorkRoot IT Solutions LLP
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent
• Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control
